This newsletter from a small Midwestern American city chronicles our growing collective's urban seed saving and organic food growing projects. We promote food autonomy through non-commercial urban mircrofarming and build community by connecting novice gardeners with experienced organic gardeners our area. Collectively, we are curating a collection of locally-adapted culinary botanicals, including those that are culturally important to the historical and current inhabitants of our region.
